Therapy isn't about fixing what's "wrong" with you.

It's about understanding yourself more deeply, strengthening your relationships, and creating lasting change.

I believe that meaningful change is possible at every stage of life. Whether we are navigating relationship difficulties, emotional challenges, questions around intimacy, or major life transitions, I believe we all have the capacity to grow, heal, and create healthier ways of relating to ourselves and to others.

Alongside my work as a psychotherapist, I am also a teacher, roles that have given me the privilege of supporting people through different stages of life and helping them discover their strengths. I am married and a mother of two boys, experiences that continue to remind me that relationships are complex, family life is rarely perfect, and growth often comes through life's everyday moments.

Outside of my work, I feel most at home in nature or by the sea. These are the places where I slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most. I aim to bring that same sense of calm, curiosity, and hope into my therapy sessions, creating a space where people feel safe to be themselves and supported as they move towards the life and relationships they want.

How I Can Help — Therapy Services in Malta

Whether you are looking for personal support, wanting to strengthen an important relationship, or seeking professional education around relationships and sexual wellbeing, I offer a range of therapeutic and educational services.

Therapy

Individual Therapy

A space that's yours.

One-to-one therapy offers a confidential and supportive space to explore what is happening in your life, understand yourself more deeply, and work towards meaningful change.

Sessions may focus on relationships, emotional wellbeing, intimacy and sexuality, life transitions, self-esteem, grief, stress, or patterns that you would like to understand or change.

Couples Therapy

Understanding each other differently.

Relationships can become stuck in patterns of conflict, distance, misunderstanding or disconnection. Couples therapy creates a space where both partners can feel heard and begin to understand not only what is happening between them, but the patterns that keep it happening.

Together, we can work towards better communication, greater emotional and physical intimacy, rebuilding trust and creating healthier ways of relating.

Family Therapy

Creating change together.

Difficulties rarely exist in isolation. Family therapy looks at relationships, communication and patterns within the wider family system rather than focusing solely on one person.

I work collaboratively with families to help them understand one another's perspectives, navigate challenges and develop more supportive ways of communicating and relating.

Psychosexual Therapy

Intimacy, without shame.

Psychosexual therapy offers a confidential, non-judgemental space to talk about intimacy, desire, sexual difficulties and sexual wellbeing — on your own or with your partner.

Sessions may explore differences in desire, difficulties with arousal or pain, intimacy after life changes, body image, sexual confidence, and communication about sex within a relationship.

Conversations that matter.

I deliver interactive seminars, workshops and talks for schools, organisations, professionals and community groups.

Topics can be adapted to the needs of each audience and may include sexual wellbeing, healthy relationships, intimacy, communication, consent, relationship dynamics, parenting and conversations about sexuality.

If you have a particular topic in mind, I would be happy to discuss creating a session specifically for your group or organisation.
